Beijing Guoan's Wang Gang has suffered a setback in his recovery from a shoulder injury, according to reports from Chinese media.
The forward was set to make a return to action for the club on Wednesday, but he struggled against his opponent and had to be replaced by substitute player Liang Yanzhi.
